Flee - Fire, Lightening, Earthquake and Explosion

The term FLEE relates to basic peril insurance which will cover a property for fire, lightening, earthquake and explosion.  This cover is often used for unoccupied property or renovation projects.

While it gives a basic level of protection for significant losses.  Theft and escape of water, common causes of claim are not covered in a FLEE policy.
